FOLDZILLA FAQ

All FOLDZILLA products are based on a well-thought-out and simple folding and plug- in system. You do not need any tools to assemble them.

It is very important to us that our products are user-friendly. That is why all of them are easily put together and taken apart with the assembly instructions – no tools needed. You simply fold and plug-in individual parts.

If you cannot find the assembly instructions for your item, you can download a new one on the product page and print it.

There are no boundaries for your creativity with FOLDZILLA products. You can use finger paint, coloured pencils or felt pens, or decorate your product with stickers and fairy lights. And there are many more ways to be creative.

Most of our FOLDZILLA products are designed to just be folded or easily taken apart so that you can simply stash them away.

Cardboard is a very robust material. Nowadays, it is used for far more than just boxes. One good example is its use in the constructions of fair booths.

We manufacture our products with durability and quality in mind, so you can use them for years.

You might be surprised how sturdy our products are. We put a lot of effort into designing as well as testing them extensively and successfully for their intended use and with differing loads. Furthermore, our toys are tested and certified by DEKRA.

Spilled water or other liquids are no problem. As long as your product does not stand in a puddle for a long time the damage can easily be dealt with. Just quickly wipe the wet surface, let it dry thoroughly and test the stability before using it again.

Remove dirt and stains easily with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. To prevent damages to the material please do not use caustic or abrasive cleaning agents.

You can take your FOLDZILLA-highlight outside without any problems. You just have to make sure it is not exposed to dampness like rain or puddles

Small parts can be ripped off and can present a choking hazard, if swallowed. Therefore, our products are not suitable for children under the age of 3.

We always put safety first. Our toys are safe to use, DEKRA-certified and in accordance with the DIN EN 71 norm.

All FOLDZILLA products can be recycled. You can simply put them in the paper bin.

Our complete range of products is made with high-quality materials. We use durable double wall corrugated cardboard made of raw materials as well as GREENGUARD GOLD certified inks. We do not use plastics or plasticisers and manufacture our products in accordance with REACH.

All our products are made in Berlin, Germany.

Sustainability is at the core of our product designs. We focus on environmentally friendly and climate neutral processes (by offsetting emissions), recyclable materials and light, compact packaging. We also only use 100% green energy.
