Assembly and disassembly

Do I need any tools like scissors or glue to assemble the item?

All FOLDZILLA products are based on a well-thought-out and simple folding and plug- in system. You do not need any tools to assemble them.

Is it complicated to assemble my item?

It is very important to us that our products are user-friendly. That is why all of them are easily put together and taken apart with the assembly instructions – no tools needed. You simply fold and plug-in individual parts.

I misplaced the assembly instructions. What do I do now?

If you cannot find the assembly instructions for your item, you can download a new one on the product page and print it.

What creative activities can I do with FOLDZILLA products?

There are no boundaries for your creativity with FOLDZILLA products. You can use finger paint, coloured pencils or felt pens, or decorate your product with stickers and fairy lights. And there are many more ways to be creative.

What can I do if I don’t use the product for now?

Most of our FOLDZILLA products are designed to just be folded or easily taken apart so that you can simply stash them away.

Material and Maintenance

Is cardboard really sturdy?

Cardboard is a very robust material. Nowadays, it is used for far more than just boxes. One good example is its use in the constructions of fair booths.

For how long can I use your products?

We manufacture our products with durability and quality in mind, so you can use them for years.

How robust are the cardboard constructions?

You might be surprised how sturdy our products are. We put a lot of effort into designing as well as testing them extensively and successfully for their intended use and with differing loads. Furthermore, our toys are tested and certified by DEKRA.

What happens when my product gets wet?

Spilled water or other liquids are no problem. As long as your product does not stand in a puddle for a long time the damage can easily be dealt with. Just quickly wipe the wet surface, let it dry thoroughly and test the stability before using it again.

How can I clean my product?

Is the product suitable for outdoor use?

You can take your FOLDZILLA-highlight outside without any problems. You just have to make sure it is not exposed to dampness like rain or puddles

What is the recommended age for your toys?

Small parts can be ripped off and can present a choking hazard, if swallowed. Therefore, our products are not suitable for children under the age of 3.

Are your toys safe?

We always put safety first. Our toys are safe to use, DEKRA-certified and in accordance with the DIN EN 71 norm.

Sustainability

How do I dispose of a FOLDZILLA product?

All FOLDZILLA products can be recycled. You can simply put them in the paper bin.

What materials do you use in your products?

Our complete range of products is made with high-quality materials. We use durable double wall corrugated cardboard made of raw materials as well as GREENGUARD GOLD certified inks. We do not use plastics or plasticisers and manufacture our products in accordance with REACH.

Where does FOLDZILLA manufacture its products?

All our products are made in Berlin, Germany.

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability is at the core of our product designs. We focus on environmentally friendly and climate neutral processes (by offsetting emissions), recyclable materials and light, compact packaging. We also only use 100% green energy.

Opbouw en uit elkaar halen

Zijn hulpmiddelen zoals schaar of lijm nodig voor de opbouw?

Het gehele FOLDZILLA-assortiment is gebaseerd op een doordacht, eenvoudig vouw- en steeksysteem. Hulpmiddelen zijn niet nodig voor de montage.

Is de opbouw ingewikkeld?

Wij staan voor gebruiksvriendelijkheid. Alle artikelen uit ons assortiment kunnen met behulp van onze montagehandleidingen eenvoudig, snel en zonder hulpmiddelen opgebouwd en uit elkaar gehaald worden. Je moet alleen de afzonderlijke onderdelen vouwen en in elkaar steken.

Oh jee, ik ben de opbouwhandleiding kwijt. Wat nu?

Als je je montagehandleiding niet meer kunt vinden, kun je op de betreffende productpagina een nieuwe handleiding downloaden en afdrukken.

Welke mogelijkheden voor eigen creativiteit biedt FOLDZILLA?

FOLDZILLA biedt je alle ruimte voor je creativiteit. Je kunt de elementen bijvoorbeeld met vingerverfkleuren, gekleurde stiften en viltstiften beschilderen, met stickers beplakken of met een lichtketting laten opvallen.

Wat kan ik met het artikel doen als ik het niet nodig heb?

De meeste FOLDZILLA-producten kun je opvouwen of demonteren, zodat je ze eenvoudig kunt opbergen.

Kan karton echt stabiel zijn?

Karton is een zeer robuust materiaal. Dit wordt al lang niet meer alleen voor verpakkingen gebruikt, maar wordt bijvoorbeeld ook gebruikt voor standbouw.

Wat is de houdbaarheid van jullie producten?

Wij streven naar duurzaamheid. Al onze kwaliteitsartikelen zijn voor jarenlang gebruik ontworpen.

Hoe belastbaar zijn de kartonnen constructies?

Je zult verrast hoe sterk onze producten zijn. Alle producten zijn bedachtzaam ontworpen, uitgebreid en doelgericht getest en succesvol blootgesteld aan verschillende belastingen. Verder wordt ons speelgoed getest en gecertificeerd door DEKRA.

Wat gebeurt er als het materiaal nat wordt?

Heb je water of andere vloeistoffen gemorst? Geen paniek. Zolang het vocht zich niet ophoopt of blijvend is, kan de schade eenvoudig worden verholpen. Veeg het vochtige oppervlak snel af, laat het goed drogen en voer een stabiliteitstest voor het volgende gebruik uit.

Hoe kan ik mijn product reinigen?

Vuil en aanslag kunnen met een droge tot licht vochtige, zachte doek eenvoudig worden weggeveegd. Om schade te voorkomen mag je absoluut geen scherpe of agressieve reinigingsmiddelen gebruiken.

Kunnen de producten ook buiten worden gebruikt?

Je kunt je FOLDZILLA-creatie probleemloos mee naar buiten nemen. Als je het product beschermt tegen langdurende vochtinwerking, waaronder opgehoopt vocht of regen, zou er niets moeten gebeuren.

Speelgoed

Welke leeftijdsadviezen zijn er?

Omdat kleinere delen afgescheurd en ingeslikt kunnen worden, is het speelgoed uit ons assortiment pas voor kinderen vanaf 3 jaar geschikt.

Is jullie speelgoed veilig?

ZaVeiligheid staat bij ons altijd voorop. Al ons speelgoed is ongevaarlijk, door DEKRA getest en voldoet aan de DIN EN 71 norm.

Hoe gooi ik de producten van FOLDZILLA weg?

De artikelen uit het FOLDZILLA-assortiment zijn allemaal recyclebaar. Je kunt ze bij het oud papier weggooien.
